编者按：企业年金近年呈现出加速发展的势头。据报道，去年一年我国企业年金规模增加了200多亿元，比前年的增加额翻了一番以上。根据麦肯锡公司的预测，未来5年内，中国企业年金业务将以年均29%—44%的速度增长。世界银行预计，2030年中国养老金资产总规模将达1.8万亿美元，成为世界第三大养老金市场。

It was reported that the scale of enterprise annuity in China increased by more than 20 billion, the increase was more than two-fold than it was two years ago. As predicted by McKinsey & Company, the enterprise annuity business in China will grow at an annual rate of 29% to 44% in the next five years. The World Bank estimated that the total old-age pension fund assets in China will reach US$1.8 trillion by 2030, and become the third largest old-age pension market in the world.
