用人单位应当在员工二次固定劳动合同期满前，向员工发送《续签劳动合同意愿征询函》，并及时收集员工对公司续订合同征询函的书面反馈意见。

Employer should issue to employee a Letter for Intention to Renew Labor Contract before expiration of employee's second fixed-term labor contract, and collect in time employee's written feedback on this letter.
