    近日,据报道,广东省出台《关于单位从业的超过法定退休年龄劳动者等特定人员参加工伤保险的办法(试行)》,首次将超过法定退休年龄劳动者、实习学生、见习人员等8类未建立劳动关系特定人员纳入工伤保险参保范围。《办法》从4月起实施。
