    Three Ministries: Realizing Inter-region Recognition of the Contribution of Housing Provident Fund

    住房城乡建设部、财政部、人民银行日前联合印发《关于发展住房公积金个人住房贷款业务的通知》要求,各地要实现住房公积金缴存异地互认和转移接续,并推进异地贷款业务,即职工可持就业地住房公积金管理中心出具的缴存证明,向户籍所在地住房公积金管理中心申请住房公积金个人住房贷款。

    Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Ministry of Finance, and the People's Bank of China have jointly promulgated the Notice on the Promotion of Individual Loans with Housing Provident Fund. According to the document, regions should realize inter-region recognition and transfer/continuation of housing provident fund and promote inter-region loan business. That is, a worker can apply for loans with housing provident fund at the housing provident fund management center where his Hukou is located, as long as with the contribution certificate issued by the housing provident fund management center where he is employed.

    上海市人力资源和社会保障局近日明确,未按时足额缴纳社会保险费,经依法征收后仍未缴纳或者补足社会保险费的单位,将通过社会公示平台进行公示。

    Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently says that, units failing to contribute social insurance premiums on time and in full amount and still refusing to contribute or supplement the premiums in full after legal collection, will be publicized through social publicity platforms.

    《北京市统计条例(送审稿)》日前在北京市法制办官网公开征民意,其中规定,企事业单位拒绝或阻碍统计调查,最高拟处罚20万元。

    Beijing Statistics Rules (Exposure Draft) is soliciting public opinions on the website of Legal Affairs Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality (www.bjfzb.gov.cn). Wherein, enterprises or public institutions refusing or hindering statistical surveys can be imposed a fine up to RMB 200,000.

    Guangdong Released Enterprise Wage Guides 2014

    广东省人力资源和社会保障厅近日发出《关于公布广东省2014年企业工资指导线的通知》,提出广东企业今年调整工资的工资指导线基准线为9%,上线(警戒线)为14%,下线为3%,并首次以区间形式发布部分行业工资增长建议。

    Guangdong Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department recently promulgated the Notice on the Issuance of Enterprise Wage Guides 2014 of Guangdong, proposing that the benchmark of wage raise for Guangdong enterprises is 9% this year, with an upper limit (warning line) of 14% and a lower limit of 3%. The document also puts forward wage growth suggestions for certain sectors in the form of intervals.

    Shanghai: Health Checkup Will Be Incorporated into Collective Contracts

    上海市总工会、市人社局、市财政局日前联合发文,要求进一步规范职工健康体检工作,将职工健康体检纳入集体合同范畴,就体检对象、时间、机构、项目、标准和相关经费提取、使用等要素开展集体协商。

    Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions, Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau have jointly released a document, further regulating health checkups of workers. Wherein, health checkup will be incorporated into collective contracts, under which collective negotiations should be carried out regarding objects entitled to checkups, time, medical institution, items, standards, withdrawal and use of relevant expenses, etc.

    Global professional networking site LinkedIn issued the Chinese Worker Job-hopping Report. Pursuant to the report, Chinese workers have a significantly higher job-hopping rate than their American peers, which has become a norm in workplace. Wherein, the churn rate in Internet sector is the highest, with an average service time of 31 months.

    全球知名民意调查公司盖洛普近日发起的的女性职场系列调查显示,33% 的受访者较喜欢男性主管,20% 选择女性主管。有趣的是,女性受访者特别钟爱男主管,39% 选男主管,而男性当中只有 26% 选男主管。

    According to a series of surveys recently conducted by world's leading public opinion survey company Gallup with regard to female workers, 33% respondents say they prefer male supervisors, compared with 20% for female supervisors. Interestingly, female respondents particularly favor male supervisors (39%), while only 26% male respondents say they would like to have a male supervisor.

    Pursuant to the Global Wealth Report 2014 issued by Credit Suisse, global wealth totaled to an unprecedented USD 263 trillion in the past year. Wherein, North America was world's "most affluent" region, accounting for 34.7% at 91 trillion. Mainland China, with 8.1%, ranked the fourth.

    据国家统计局网站消息,前三季度,全国农村居民人均现金收入8527元,同比名义增长11.8%,扣除价格因素实际增长9.7%。全国城镇居民人均可支配收入22044元,同比名义增长9.3%,扣除价格因素实际增长6.9%。

    News on the website of National Bureau of Statistics shows that, the per capita cash income of rural residents and urban residents in the first three quarters was RMB 8527 and RMB 22044 respectively, representing a respective nominal growth of 11.8% and 9.3% year-on-year. After deducting price factors, the actual growth was 9.7% and 6.9%, respectively.
