    Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security: archive-keeping fee will be canceled from the next month

    人力资源和社会保障部近日联合四部门下发《关于进一步加强流动人员人事档案管理服务工作的通知》,明确将于2015年1月1日起取消流动人员人事关系及档案保管费等内容。

    Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with other four departments, issued a Notice on Further Improving the Management of Immigrant's Archive, explicitly stating that the archive-keeping fee for immigrant's labor relationship will be canceled as of January 1st, 2015.

    《广东省职工生育保险规定》明年1月1日起施行。届时,职工未就业配偶也可享受生育津贴,同时,生育津贴计算基数也发生变化,以用人单位上年度月均工资为基础。

    The Regulation on Employee's Birth Insurance of Guangdong Province will be implemented from January 1st of the next year. At that time, the spouse of unemployed employee may also enjoy birth allowance. And the base for calculating such allowance will also be changed to previous year's average monthly salary in employing unit.

    Beijing: new discretionary standard will be implemented the next year for 26 administrative penalties in respect of human resources and social security

    北京市人力资源和社会保障局下发了《行政处罚自由裁量标准》,明年1月1日起试行。此次裁量标准内容共26项,涵盖了用人单位违法延长劳动者工作时间处罚;违反女职工劳动保护特别规定、未成年工保护规定的处罚;用人单位不办理社会保险登记的处罚等。

    Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has issued a New Discretionary Standard for Administrative Penalty, which will be implemented as of January 1st the next year. Such standard contains 26 items, covering the penalties against employer's illegal extension of employee's working hours, employer's violation of the regulations regarding protection of female and minor employees, and employer's failure to complete social security registration etc.

    Tianjin: employing unit should pay social security premium for its employee of labor dispatch

    天津市人力社保局、市财政局日前联合印发《劳务派遣用工参加社会保险有关问题暂行规定》,自2015年1月1日起,被派遣劳动者社会保险费直接由用工单位代缴。

    Recently, Tianjin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Tianjin Finance Bureau jointly released an Interim Regulation on Several Issues regarding Labor-Dispatch Employee's Social Security, stipulating that employing unit will be responsible to pay social security premium for its employee of labor dispatch from January 1st, 2015.
