On dismissal of general manager

依照《公司法》的规定,董事会解聘总经理并不需要满足《劳动法》上解除员工劳动合同的条件,董事会只要程序合法、不说明理由即可解除其总经理职务。

In accordance with provisions of the Company Law, the Board can dismiss the post of the general manager as long as following legal procedures, with neither the need to state reasons, nor the need to satisfy conditions of terminating labor relations in the Labor Law.

    The working population decrease in China for three consecutive years

    国家统计局近日公布的国民经济运行情况显示,2014年16~60周岁的劳动年龄人口比上年末减少371万人,这是我国劳动年龄人口连续第三年绝对数量下降。

    According to the statistics of China's economic development released by the National Bureau of Statistics a few days ago, compared with the end of the previous year, our nation's working population between 16 - 60 years old in 2014 decrease by 3.71 million, which is the third consecutive yearly decrease of the absolute quantity of working population in China.

    The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security confirmed adjustment of public servant's salary

    人力资源社会保障部副部长胡晓义近日介绍,关于机关事业单位养老保险制度改革,国务院办公厅转发了三个实施方案,一是公务员基本工资的调整,二是事业单位工作人员基本工资的调整,三是机关事业单位离退休人员待遇的调整。

    Mr. Hu Xiaoyi, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said recently that the General Office of the State Council had issued three implementation plans on the reform of endowment insurance for government agencies and public institutions, i.e. adjustment of public servant's basic salary, adjustment of the basic salary of public institution's staff, and adjustment of the benefits of government agency's and public institution's retirees.

This is our nation's first comprehensive planning of the development of HR service sector.

    Shenzhen: employer may get job subsidy after recruiting people with difficulties in finding jobs

    深圳市人力资源和社会保障局发布消息称,自2月1日起,用人单位招用就业困难人员可获得每人每月850元岗位补贴、每人每月200元招用奖励以及社会保险补贴。

    Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau releases a message, stating that, from Feb. 1st, employer may get a job subsidy of 850 yuan, a bonus for recruitment of 200 yuan per capital every month and an allowance of social security after recruiting people with difficulties in finding jobs.

    Shanghai increases pension for a part of people

    上海市从2015年1月1日起,对城镇企业退休人员,“镇保”、城乡居民养老保险按月领取养老金人员等养老人员增加养老金。符合条件的各类人员,可于1月16日起领取。

    From Jan. 1st, 2015, Shanghai increases the pension for urban and rural enterprise retirees and those who monthly receive pension from urban and rural residents endowment insurance system and small-town social security system. Eligible people may get their pension based on the new standard from Jan. 16th.

    According to the statistics released by the National Statistics Bureau, the quantity of newly-employed people reached 13.22 million in 2014, which is the highest in the new century.

    Oxfam, an international charity organization, releases a survey report, stating that the richest group of people, which account for 1% of the global population, hold 48% of the global wealth, next 19% hold 46% of the global wealth, and the remaining 80% hold only 5.5% of the global wealth.
