停工留薪期,待遇如何计发?

How should remuneration be calculated during the period of work suspension with payment

工伤认定前,一般可以按照病假工资发放;工伤认定后,由于员工可享受停工留薪待遇,故公司需要补足之前的工资。

Prior to the identification of work-related injury, the employee can be paid according to sick pay.
