员工在劳动仲裁期间,要不要支付工资?

Should employee be paid during labor arbitration?

在劳动争议仲裁期间,若劳动者有正常上班的(说明劳动关系存续,且有正常上班),则劳动者有权要求支付工资。

During labor arbitration, if employee works normally (which means existence of labor relationship), employee has the right to request employer to pay him wages.

    Restructuring of Enterprises and Public Institutions Can Enjoy Three Years of Deed Tax Exemptions

    财政部、国家税务总局日前针对企业改制、事业单位改制、公司合并等九种不同情况提出了具体免税政策。从2015年1月1日至2017年12月31日,在满足一定条件下,可享免征契税优惠。

    The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation recently released detailed tax exemption policies for nine situations in enterprise/public institution restructuring, corporate merger, etc. Those satisfying relevant conditions can be exempted of deed taxes from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2017.

    The Eight Regulations on the Prevention of Occupational Hazards Was Promulgated

    国家安全监管总局近日出台《用人单位职业病危害防治八条规定》,围绕责任制、健康监护等8个方面对所有产生职业病危害的用人单位提出明确要求。对违反规定的企业,将严格依法依规给予警告限期整改、罚款和责令关闭等处罚措施。

    The State Administration of Work Safety has recently promulgated the Eight Regulations on the Prevention of Occupational Hazards by Employing Units, putting forward specific requirements on all employing units that may incur occupational hazards with a focus on eight aspects, e.g. accountability, healthcare, etc. Enterprises violating these regulations will be given a warning and ordered for rectification within a prescribed period of time, fined, ordered to be closed down, or otherwise penalized in strict compliance with these regulations.

    Beijing: Realize Collective Wage Bargaining for 85% or More Enterprises within Three Years

    北京市总工会副主席王玉英近日透露,从现在起至2018年,北京将推动全市85%以上的建会企业建立工资集体协商制度,百人以上建会企业独立开展工资集体协商保持90%以上。

    Vice Chairman of Beijing Federation of Trade Unions Wang Yuying recently said that, from this year to the year 2018, Beijing would promote 85% and more enterprises in the city to set up the collective wage bargaining system; wherein, at least 90% of the enterprises with a staff number exceeding 100 and having established a trade union would carry out independent collective wage negotiations.

    上海市公积金管理中心日前发布公积金新政策。购买首套房及二套普通住宅,个人和家庭公积金贷款上限分别调至50万元、100万元;补充公积金上限分别再增10万元、20万元。

    Shanghai Municipal Provident Fund Management Center recently released new policies on the housing provident fund. Individuals and families purchasing their first house and second ordinary house can get a loan from the housing provident fund as high as RMB 500,000 and RMB 1 million respectively, with the cap from the supplementary housing provident fund increasing by RMB 100,000 and RMB 200,000 respectively.

  • 上海:城乡实行统一失业保险制度

    Shanghai: Unifying the Unemployment Insurance System for Urban and Rural Areas

    上海市人社局近日发布通知,本市行政区域内的用人单位招用本市农村户籍人员,单位和个人按照与用人单位招用城镇户籍人员相同的缴费比例缴纳失业保险费。即:用人单位的缴费比例为1.5%,农村户籍劳动者个人的缴费比例为0.5%。

    Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently issued a notice, stating that when employing units in Shanghai contribute unemployment insurance premiums for recruited local Shanghai residents with Hukou in rural areas, the proportions contributed by the employing unit and individual worker shall be subject to those when the employing unit recruits a Shanghai resident with Hukou in urban areas, i.e. 1.5% by the employing unit and 0.5% by the individual rural worker.
