工伤员工管理

The management of workers suffering from work-related injuries

对于上下班途中的工伤,若员工本人承担主要责任的(一般为一半责任以上),不属于工伤;若不承担主要责任的,是会被认定工伤的。

In order to be identified as work-related injury, Where the employee is identified as primarily responsible (usually assuming more than half of overall responsibility), the case will not be identified as work-related injury; otherwise, the case will be generally recognized as work-related injury.

    The People’s Bank of China decided to lower the RMB deposit reserve ratio of various deposit financial institutions by 1 percentage point from April 20, 2015, which is also the second time for the People’s Bank of China to lower the deposit reserve ratio within the year.

    The State Council recently issued the overall plan of Guangdong, Fujian and Tianjin pilot free trade zones to further deepen the reform and open scheme of Shanghai Free Trade Zone and the notice about the special management measures (negative list) for the access of foreign investments in the free trade zone.

    Workers’ occupational health examination to be paid by units

    国家卫计委修订的《职业健康检查管理办法》将于5月1日起实施。医疗卫生机构将按有关规定,对从事接触职业病危害作业的劳动者进行上岗前、在岗期间、离岗时的健康检查,费用由用人单位承担。

    The Occupational Health Examination Management Method revised by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China will be put into effect on May 1. The medical and health organizations will conduct health examination to workers conducting occupational hazard jobs before taking up posts, working in posts and after leaving jobs according to related regulations, and the cost will be borne by the employing unit.

    Shenzhen: The loanable limit of the public accumulation fund increased 14 times that of the balance

    深圳市住房公积金管理委员会发布公告,宣布即日起本市职工住房公积金贷款可贷额度由原来的职工住房公积金账户余额的12倍提高至14倍。此外,本市现行规定中计算职工住房公积金贷款可贷额度的其他条件不变。

    Shenzhen Housing Accumulation Fund Management Committee announced that the loanable limit of employees’ housing accumulation fund loan will be increased to 14 times from 12 times of the original employee housing accumulation fund account balance from now on. Additionally, other conditions about calculating the loanable limit of employee housing accumulation fund loan in the existing regulations of the city are unchanged.

    Jiangsu Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance to come into effect from June 1

    《江苏省实施〈工伤保险条例〉办法》将于6月1日起正式实施。《办法》对一次性工伤医疗补助金和一次性伤残就业补助金的基准标准进行调整,患职业病的工伤职工一次性工伤医疗补助金在新标准基础上增发40%。

    The Methods on Implementing the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance in Jiangsu will come into effect from June 1. The Methods adjust the benchmark standards of one-time medical treatment subsidy and one-time disability employment subsidy. The one-time medical treatment subsidy for workers with occupational diseases increased 40% on the basis of the new standards.
