如何确保公司规章制度合法有效?

How could the company's rules and regulations be kept valid and effective?

许多公司把公示简单理解为以公告的形式发布了相关制度。其实不然,公示最终的目的是证明公司已对规章制度进行过发布,并确保每个员工都知悉制度内容。

Many companies simply consider the publicity of rules as release of such rules in the form of public notice. Actually it's not the case. The purpose of publicity is to prove that the company has publicized the rules and regulations, so that every employee becomes familiar with their contents.

  • Can the employee be dismissed if he conceals the reason of his previous resignation?
  • 对于该员工被原单位解雇而非个人原因辞职的情况,贵公司应该在该员工入职前就进行背景调查。公司在当时未尽到基本的审查义务,现在才发现,再以此为由处理的话,存在风险。

    The implementation rules of maternity insurance of Guangzhou (exposure draft) was released recently.     Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security announces that the base number for payment of medical insurance for urban and rural residence in Guangzhou will be adjusted from January 1st of the next year. The individual contribution will be adjusted from 152 yuan to 167 yuan in the next year.
