本案中用人单位的管理者在微信朋友圈看到员工吐槽、诉苦之后进行了关注并留言,在与员工通过微信交流以后,直接通过微信直接要求该员工办理工作交接手续、辞去工作。那么,采用微信这种新型的形式直接辞退员工是否符合法律规定呢?

    国务院办公厅近日发文促旅游消费,鼓励弹性作息,要求有条件的地方和单位可调整夏季作息安排,为职工周五下午与周末结合外出休假创造条件。

    The General Office of the State Council recently issued a document to promote tourist consumption and encourage elastic work and rest and required qualified places and units can adjust the work and rest arrangement in summer to offer two and a half days of short leave combining the afternoon of Friday and weekends for employees.

    Shanghai Municipal Government recently issued the employment and business startup guiding document requiring increasing the intensity of entrepreneurial talent introduction, directly endowing residence permit credit standard values to market recognized entrepreneurial talents and their core teams, and shortening the time limit of converting the residence permit to registered permanent residence to 3-5 years from 7 years.

    广州市发改委挂网的一份征求意见稿显示,广州要设立人才开发项目,用政府资金对紧缺人才进行补贴,每人10万元,两年付清。值得注意的是,这次民企和国企一样有份。

    The professional social application website LinkedIn recently issued the “Chinese Internet Talent Pool Report” showing that among graduates engaged in the internet industry in 2014, the internet practitioners with the master’s degree and above take up 47.1% and those with MBA and the doctor’s degree account for 6% and 2.9% respectively. Moreover, those with the overseas education background occupy 43.5%.

    British market survey company Loudhouse recently issued the enterprise safety investigation report showing that if provided with reasonable price, 35% employees will resell sensitive data of the company including patents, financial records and customer credit cards. The findings indicate that the importance of deploying data protection solutions is steadily on the increase.

    Zhaopin.com released the 2015 White Collars 8-Hour Life Quality Investigation Report showing that white collars have greater pressure in office hours, more than a half white collars take no exercise in the office hours and one third white collars work overtime more than 5 hours every week.
