审慎使用“旷工解除”

Prudent use of “cancellation of labor contract for absenteeism”

在实务中,并非员工未请假出勤就会被认定为旷工,会结合员工方很多的实际困难及客观上是否存在告知单位的阻碍,也会适时要求单位的谨慎核实后方能解除。

In practice, it is not the case that the failure of an employee to report for duty without asking for leave is simply determined as absence from work. As a matter of fact, actual difficulties confronting the relevant employee and the hindrances rendering the employee impossible to notify his/her employer will be also taken into consideration. Labor relations will not be terminated unless the employer has done prudent verification.

    上海日前启动实施第三轮鼓励创业带动就业三年行动计划,并提出了“1832”的工作目标,即:力争用三年时间,实现创业教育培训10万人,市级创业孵化示范基地达到80家,帮扶引领创业3万人(其中青年大学生不少于2万人),创业带动就业20万人。

    Shanghai recently launched and implemented the third round of three-year action plan of encouraging business startup and promoting employment and put forward the “1832” work objective, that is, endeavor to use three years of time to realize the business startup education training of 100, 000 people, the municipal-level entrepreneurial incubating demonstration bases up to 80, helping and guiding 30,000 people to start business (the number of young college students not less than 20, 000), and promoting 200, 000 people to get employed.

  • 深圳拟降低失业保险费率

    Shenzhen plans to lower the unemployment insurance rate

    深圳市政府日前向市人大常委会提交议案,拟下调深圳失业保险费缴费标准。原先规定用人单位按本市月最低工资标准的百分之二按月缴纳,调整为“不超过百分之二”,职工缴费费率也由固定的百分之一调整为“不超过百分之一”。

    Shenzhen Municipal Government recently submitted the proposal to the municipal standing-committee of NPC planning to lower the unemployment insurance payment standards. Employers paying 2% of the minimum wage standard of the city every month stipulated previously is adjusted to “not more than 2%”, and the employer payment rate is also adjusted to “not more than 1%” from the fixed 1%.

Qualified talents can directly settle down in Shanghai.

    BAT’s online recruitment shrinks 30% year-on-year

    智联招聘数据显示,今年1-10月,BAT联合贡献的职位数一直在4000-6000区间徘徊。从2015年伊始,用工需求相对上一年有所降低,一直持续到10月份。2015年1-10月BAT用工需求同比下降30%。

    The data of zhaopin.com shows that from January to October this year, the number of posts contributed by BAT lingered at 4, 000-6, 000. From 2015, the labor demand has lowered to some extent as against that of last year, lasting till October. From January to October 2015, the labor demands of BAT dropped 30% year-on-year.

    人力资源和社会保障部新闻发言人李忠表示,1-9月,全国五项社会保险基金合计总收入33187亿元,全国近8000万企业退休人员基本养老金调整全部发放到位。

    Li Zhong, News Spokesman of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, said from January to September, the five social insurance funds amounted to RMB3.3187 trillion, and the basic pensions of nearly 80 million enterprise retirees nationwide were all paid.
