员工请假后不辞而别,如果按照以往,企业一定是按照自动离职处理。但是,如果严格从法律上来说,员工其实是发生了旷工的行为,如果公司直接按照自动离职处理,就是单方解除劳动合同。

if an employee leaves without notice after asking for a leave, the enterprise will take him as voluntary dimission as usual. However, the employee actually neglects work according to laws. If the enterprise takes him as voluntary dimission, it terminates the labor contract unilaterally.

    南京市人社局日前下发通知,明确明年3月前用工单位使用被派遣劳动者数量不得超过用工总量的10%。

    Nanjing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently announced the number of laborers dispatched by employing units shall not exceed 10% of the total workers before March next year.
