怎样才算工龄连续?

What constitutes a continuous length of service?

无论是劳动法还是劳动合同法均规定在用人单位连续工作满十年的员工,提出签订无固定期限劳动合同的,用人单位应当与其签订。对于工作年限满十年的员工,如何认定其工龄是否连续,成为了判断其是否符合签订无固定期限劳动合同法定条件的关键。

Both the Labor Law and the Labor Contract Law have stated that if the employees with more than ten years of working experiences initiate to sign a labor contract without fixed terms, the employing unit should do so. How to identify the continuous length of service for the employees with more than ten years of working experience will then become the key for the determination of the legal condition of signing of a labor contract without fixed terms.

    13 provinces pilot new enterprise apprenticeship system

    人社部、财政部日前推行企业新型学徒制,组织企业新招用人员和新转岗人员参加培训,旨在加快培养企业青年技能人才。目前,北京等13省(区、市)已启动试点工作,确定了70余家企业作为试点单位,试点人数达7000余人。

    The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance recently promoted the new enterprise apprenticeship system and organized the newly recruited personnel and new job transfer personnel of enterprises to participate in the training, aiming to accelerate the cultivation of the young skill talents of enterprises. At present, 13 provinces (regions and cities) have started the pilot work and more than 70 enterprises were confirmed as pilot units, with the number of pilot personnel exceeding 7, 000.

    Guangdong’s 2015 enterprise salary guideline was released recently, with the baseline at 8.5%, the up line (alert line) at 12.5% and the down line at 0 or negative growth.

    Citibank recently released a survey showing that most respondents expect the target mean value of personal finance accumulated when they retire is RMB1.98 million, while the total value of the existing liquid assets of their families averages RMB1.32 million at present, showing a larger gap. Even 1/3 retired respondents admitted the pension reserve can only sustain 10-year retirement life at present.

    中国民营企业联合会、中国管理科学研究院企业研究中心联合发布《2015中国民营500强企业榜单》。结果显示,联想控股有限公司、华为技术有限公司、苏宁电器集团分别名列第一、二、三名。

    The All China Private Enterprises Federation and the Enterprise Research Center of China Academy of Management Science jointly released the List of China’s Top 500 Private Enterprises 2015 showing that Lenovo, Huawei and Suning ranked first, second and third respectively.

    Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau disclosed that the number of people who apply for the civil service examination will reach 101, 000 in 2016 and the number of people who finally pass the audit and pay the fees successfully will total 71, 500, with the competitive ratio at 10.4:1, the lowest level in recent five years.
