以2008年1月1日为界限,前后分别计算补偿是最公平也最符合法律规定的计算补偿方式,而这应该也是《劳动合同法》特别强调了溯及力及补偿分段计算的原因和本意。

Calculating compensation by taking January 1, 2008 as the time boundary is the most fair calculation form and conforms to the law most. That is also the reason and real intention that Labor Contract Law especially emphasizes the retroactivity and sectional compensation calculation.

This is the first major document issued by Guangdong Province in the name of Provincial Party Committee in China with respect to building harmonious labor relations.

Five years after graduation, graduates with bachelor’s degree in 15 majors can obtain an average monthly salary of upwards of RMB 9,000.

According to the criteria set by the researchers, work is deemed as "replaceable" if more than 66% of the contents of a job can be completed by artificial intelligence or robots. Of all the workers in Japan, 49% can be replaced by computers.
