  • 人社部:22省份首批申请启动跨省就医直接结算

    MOHRSS: 22 provinces in the first batch apply for direct settlement of medical expenses incurred in cross-province medical treatment

    20日,人社部与北京等22个申请首批启动基本医疗保险全国联网和跨省异地就医直接结算的省份签订了工作责任书,标志着跨省异地就医直接结算工作正式转入落实阶段。

    On this 20th day, the MOHRSS signed work responsibility with 22 provinces (including Beijing) in the first batch which apply for the nationwide interconnection of basic medical insurance and direct settlement of medical expenses incurred in cross-province medical treatment. This means the direct settlement of medical expenses incurred in cross-province medical treatment officially steps into implementation stage.

    记者近日从相关部门获悉,明年我国企业退休人员的养老金水平仍有望上涨,但目前涨幅尚未确定,需要根据财政支付能力、物价水平等影响因素综合计算。

    A reporter has learned recently from the relevant departments that the pension level of enterprise retirees is expected to be raised next year, but the rise range, which shall be calculated in accordance with government payment ability, price level and other factors, hasn’t been determined yet.

    12月23日,国务院关税税则委员会发布通知称,《2017年关税调整方案》已经审议通过,并报国务院批准,自2017年1月1日起实施。

    On Dec. 23, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued a notice, stating that Tariff Adjustment Scheme of 2017 had been reviewed and adopted, and had been approved by the State Council to be implemented as of Jan. 1, 2017.

    26日,广东发布女职工劳动保护新规:从事连续4个小时以上立位作业的女职工,月经期间经本人申请,用人单位应当为其安排适当的工间休息。规定自2017年2月1日起施行。

    On the 26th day, Guangdong issued new Regulations Concerning the Labor Protection of Female Staff and Workers, stating that the employer shall arrange proper break during working hours for any of its female workers who engage in operation for more than 4 consecutive hours standing there, if she applies for the same during her menstruation. The Regulations will be implemented as of Feb. 1, 2017.

    Recently, 20 provinces, including Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Sichuan, Yunnan, Jiangxi and Guangxi have released their respective guidelines for wage increases for 2016. Therein, the average datum line of such provinces is around 8%, showing a slight decrease compared with the level of the last year.
