商品被窃后劳动者是否承担赔偿责任?

唯有在劳动者不当履行职务或超越职权行事时,因其行为中包含有个人自由意志,才会对其可能的侵权行为承担损失。

Only where the employee performs his duty inappropriately or ultra vires, because his act includes the employee's personal will, the employee may be responsible for the loss caused by his tortious act.

  • 国家税务总局:个税起征点不可能提高

    State Administration of Taxation: Tax threshold for individual income tax is impossible to promote

    全国政协委员、国家税务总局副局长宋兰日前在“两会”上表示,将个税起征点提高到3000元已经让纳税人从9000万人减少到3000万人,继续提高起征点没可能。

    Song Lan, a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the Deputy Secretary of the State Administration of Taxation has reported in the “two sessions” that the tax threshold for individual income tax will be raised to RMB 3000, which has reduced the number of taxpayers from 9,000,000 to 3,000,000. And it is impossible to raise the tax threshold any more.

    深圳、珠海日前正式全面推行商事登记改革。新规实施后,监管部门只登记公司的注册资本,不再登记实收资本,也不再收取验资证明文件和注册登记费。

    Shenzhen and Zhuhai have started the full implementation of Commercial Registration Reform recently. After the implementation of the new rules, the regulatory authorities will only register the company’s registered capital rather than the paid-in capital. And it is no longer required to receive the verification documents and registration fees any more.

    Guangzhou is intended to cancel the quotas for migrant worker home points

    外来工积分入户政策广州已试行两年,目前约有6000人成功入籍广州,今年这一政策将计划做进一步调整,取消人数限制,只要达到一定的分数,都可以入户广州。

    The policy for migrant worker home points has been implemented in Guangzhou for two years. And there are about 6,000 people successfully naturalized in Guangzhou. This policy will be further adjusted this year by the cancellation of the number of applicants. Applicants can apply for households in Guangzhou should they reach the required scores.

    Shanghai: Employing units should not entrust the intermediaries to settle down in Shanghai

    上海市教委、市发改委等部门日前联合发出通知,用人单位须作为非上海生源毕业生进沪就业落户及居住证申请的主体,不得委托任何中介机构或其他单位、个人代理申报。

    Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and the Municipal Development and Reform Commission have jointly issued the notice that the employing unit should be treated as the subject for settlement and the applicant for residential permit for non-Shanghai graduates. And it is unreasonable to entrust any agents, other units or individuals to apply for this.

    The Data at Securities Times Online shows that in 2010, remunerations of 2978 senior management in 212 companies have reached RMB 894 million , an increase of 12.87% over the same period in 2011. The average salary for each person is RMB 300000 in 2012, compared with 11.7% over the same period in 2011.

    佛山人社局日前下发通告,从2013年5月1日起,佛山企业职工最低工资标准和非全日制职工小时最低工资标准分别上调至1310元/月和12.5元/小时。

    The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in Foshan has recently issued the circular that from May 1st, 2013, the minimum salary criteria for employees and the minimum hourly salary for non-full time employees in enterprises in Foshan have raised to RMB 1310 per month and RMB 12.5 per hour.
