    According to the Regulations of Henan Province on Awarding and Protecting Anti-crime Personnel (Exposure Draft) issued by the Office of Legislative Affairs of Henan Provincial Government on April 1, no employer can dismiss or fire an anti-crime personnel other than for legal cause.
