  • 万科:地产黄金时代结束 将调整薪酬

    Vanke: The golden age of real estate ends, wages will be adjusted

    一封由万科集团人力资源部于6月1日发布的内部邮件显示,“面对地产‘黄金时代’的结束,公司更加强调真实价值创造,集团薪酬政策将据此进行分步调整。”不少员工将其解读为降薪。

    An internal mail posted by Human Resources Department of Vanke Group on June 1 shows "with the end of 'golden age' of real estate, our company will focus more on the creation of true value, and adjust the policy regarding wages by steps accordingly." Quite a few employees understand it as decrease of wages.

    2016 average wage of employees working in urban units in Guangdong is announced

    广东近日发布2016年城镇单位就业人员平均工资。2016年,广东城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资为72326元,比2015年多6538元,同比增长9.9%;城镇私营单位就业人员年平均工资为48236元,比2015年多3398元,同比增长7.6%。

    Recently, Guangdong Province has announced the average wage of employees in urban units in 2016. In 2016, the average wage of employees in urban non-private units in Guangdong is RMB 72,326, RMB 6,538 more than that in 2015, with year-on-year growth of 9.9%; while the average wage of employees in urban private units is RMB 48,236, RMB 3,398 more than that in 2015, with year-on-year growth of 7.6%;

    According to report, many resumes from employees of LETV have appeared on the recruitment-related platforms recently. However, they seem to be abandoned by the headhunters paying attention to LETV for a long time on the talent market. Some headhunters regard "employees of LETV" as "worthless" and have them blacklisted.

  • 天津:7月起最低工资标准上调

    Tianjin: The minimum wages will witness increase from July

    日前,天津市人力社保局印发通知,从今年7月1日起上调本市最低工资标准,由每月1950元调整为每月2050元,每小时11.2元调整为每小时11.8元;非全日制用工劳动者最低小时工资标准由每人每小时19.5元,调整为每人每小时20.8元。

    According to the note issued by Tianjin Human Resource and Social Security Bureau, from Jul. 1, the minimum wage standard of Tianjin will be adjusted from RMB 1,950 to RMB 2050, and the hourly wage will be adjusted from RMB 11.2 to RMB 11.8; the minimum hourly wage for part-time laborers will be adjusted from RMB 19.5 to RMB 20.8.

    6月9日,苏宁在集团内网发布了一则通知,苏宁面向内部的1200员工,提供购房借款,额度50万,借款期限分为3年期和5年期两种,由员工根据个人还款能力自由选择,年利率仅1.5%,且借款首年为免还期。

    On June 9, Suning Group issued a notice on its internal website to provide its 1,200 employees with loan for purchase of property with a limit of RMB 500,000 that can be loaned for three (3) years or five (5) years at an annual interest rate of 1.5%, which may be selected by employees at their own discretions according to their personal capacity for repayment, and may not be repaid in the first year.

    6月12日,麦可思研究院发布《2017年中国大学生就业报告(就业蓝皮书),《报告》显示,2016届大学毕业生,就业率91.6%,在毕业半年后的平均月收入为3988元。

    On June 12, MyCOS Institute issued the 2017 Chinese Undergraduates Employment Report (Blue Paper for Employment), indicating that the employment rate of undergraduates graduated in 2016 is 91.6%, and the average monthly income thereof half a year after graduation is RMB 3,988.

    黑龙江省再次降低失业保险费率,总费率由1.5%降至1%,其中单位缴费费率由1%调整为0.5%,个人缴费费率保持0.5%不变,期限为2017年1月1日至2018年4月30日。

    Heilongjiang Province reduces the total unemployment insurance rate from 1.5% to 1% again from January 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018, among which the payment rate by units is adjusted as 0.5% from 1%, while that by individuals is maintained at 0.5%.

    湖南省人社厅、省财政厅近日联合发布通知,从2017年1月1日起至2018年4月30日止,全省失业保险总费率由1.5%降至1%,其中,单位费率由1%降至0.7%,个人费率由0.5%降至0.3%。

    Recently, Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Henan Province and Finance Department of Henan Province have jointly issued a notice to reduce the total unemployment insurance rate of Henan Province from 1.5% to 1% from January 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018, among which the payment rate by units is reduced to 0.7% from 1%, while that by individuals is reduced to 0.3% from 0.5%.
