Identification and Prevention of the Risks of the Probation

《劳动合同法》关于试用期的条款共有八条,本文拟对这些规定进行梳理和分析,并对员工试用期间用人单位风险的识别和防范进行探讨。

There are eight provisions concerning probation in Labor Contract Law, this article will sort out and analyze the provisions and discuss the identification and prevention of the employer’s risks during the employee’s probation.

    MOHRSS: Collective contract for high temperature allowance will be available in key industries

    人社部相关领导就近日的连续高温天气指出,在一些重点行业,将推动用人单位就高温津贴和其他高温天气劳动保护措施等开展集体协商,订立专项集体合同。

    With respect to the continuous hot weather in recent days, relevant leader from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security points out that in some key industries, employers will be encouraged to carry out collective bargaining on the high temperature allowance and other labor protection measures against intense heat, and enter into a collective contract.

    7月28日,据人社部消息,全国企业退休人员月均基本养老金从2012年的1686元增加到2016年的2362元,年均增长8.8%,今年按平均5.5%的水平继续上调养老金。

    News from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said on July 28 that the average monthly old-age pension of enterprise retirees nationwide increased from RMB 1,686 in 2012 to RMB 2,362 in 2016, an annual growth rate of 8.8%, and that the old-age pension will continue to increase this year, at an average growth rate of 5.5%.

    7月28日,新疆修订后的《自治区人口与计划生育条例》表决通过,《条例》将违法生育纳入征信系统、女职工符合规定生育子女的,除国家规定的产假外,增加产假60天。

    On July 28, Xinjiang adopted the revised Regulations of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Population and Family Planning, which provides that information of illegal reproduction will be incorporated into credit reference system and that female employees bearing children as stipulated by law will enjoy another 60-day maternity leave, in addition to that guaranteed by the State.
