    News from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said on July 28 that the average monthly old-age pension of enterprise retirees nationwide increased from RMB 1,686 in 2012 to RMB 2,362 in 2016, an annual growth rate of 8.8%, and that the old-age pension will continue to increase this year, at an average growth rate of 5.5%.

    It is reported that the debt crisis of Letv has affected its former employees. The credit limit of the credit card opened with China Construction Bank by its many former employees was minimized to RMB 1.00. “Despite the duration of use as well as the absence of overdue payment records and of poor credit records, the credit limit dwindles to RMB 1.00,” one Letv employee said. As a response, the credit card center of China Construction Bank has restored the credit limit of 95% of relevant employees.

    Recently, Human Resources and Social Security Department of Jilin Province released the enterprise wage guideline of Jilin in 2017, which shows that the maximum increase rate in the average monetary wage of enterprises employees is 12%, the reference rate 7%, and the minimum increase rate 3%.
