Can our company restrict employees subject to confidentiality agreements from serving with our rivals?

请问,该如何防范这类员工泄露商业机密?对于签订了保密协议的销售人员能否禁止让他们去竞争对手的公司工作?

My question is how to forestall the leakage of trade secrets by such employees. Can our company restrict salesmen who have entered into confidentiality agreements from serving with our rivals?

    List of China’s Top 500 Enterprises of 2017 released

    9月10日,中国企业联合会、中国企业家协会发布中国企业500强排行榜,国家电网、中石化、中石油位列榜单前三。此外,榜单中有274家国有及国有控股企业、226家民营企业,民营企业占比近半。

    China Enterprise Confederation and China Enterprise Director Association released the list of China’s top 500 enterprise on September 10, with State Grid, Sinopec and PetroChina occupying the top three slots. The list consists of 274 state-owned enterprises and state-controlled enterprises, alongside with 226 private enterprises that account for roughly fifty percent.

    近日,蓝思科技公司大招工,其招聘启事引发热议。据悉,蓝思开出的薪资条件是“一周做六天,每天12小时,入职1年后2100元的底薪,综合工资最低5079元、最高7029元,这是最保守的核算,如果你愿意加班,可以月休2天,那就会多出459~531元的周末加班费。”

    In recent days, Lens Technology Co., Ltd. sparked a lively discussion due to its recruitment advertising. It’s reported that Lens attaches a controversial requirement to its recruitment conditions. The requirement is to “work 12 hours per day and six days per week, and receive a base pay of RMB 2,100 after 1 year’s service, i.e. an aggregate monthly salary of RMB 5,079 at least and RMB 7,029 at most based on the most conservative estimate”. “Overwork is encouraged. Your weekends will be reduced to 2 days to get an additional overwork pay of RMB 459~531 per month. ”

    日前,董明珠接受媒体采访时透露,格力已经在珠海开始建3000多套的“两房一厅”。她还称:“要让每一个员工都有安居乐业的感受,不用为一套房子辛苦一辈子。”

    Dong Mingzhu told in her interview the other day that Gree has set about the construction of over 3,000 apartments in Zhuhai, each with “two bedrooms and one living room”. Ms. Dong also vowed to “enable each and every employee to live and work in peace and contentment, who won’t toil for a lifetime merely for one single apartment. ”

    广东省社会保险基金管理局近日公布通知,拟对领取养老金和退休年龄做了规定。其中,男性正常退休时年满60周岁,女干部(从事管理技术岗位)年满55周岁,女工人(从事生产操作岗位)年满50周岁,其中农民合同制女职工以及未曾以职工身份参加养老保险的女性参保人需年满55周岁。

    Guangdong Social Insurance Fund Administration released a notice that it has promulgated regulations on the taking of old-age pension and retirement age. According to the Administration, normal retirement age of men shall be 60 years old. Female cadres (taking management or technical posts) are allowed to retire at 55 years old while female workers (taking production or operation posts) shall retire at 50 years old. The Administration further stipulates that the age of 55 shall be the retirement requirement for rustic female employees under contracts and for insured individuals to endowment insurance who’re covered not as an employee.

    近日,河南省人社厅发布消息,决定调整全省最低工资标准,其中一类行政区域月最低工资标准调整为1720元。调整后的标准自2017年10月1日起施行。

    Recently, Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security released a message that the Department has decided to adjust the minimum monthly wage standard within its jurisdiction. For Tier I administration regions, the minimum monthly wage rises to RMB 1,720. The adjusted standards will be implemented as of October 1, 2017.
