    It’s revealed that Suning threatens to fire any employee who is found to purchase from JD.com.

    近日,苏宁被曝禁止内部员工在京东购物,苏宁将这一行为定性为眼中缺乏主人翁意识,一经发现,立即开除。与此同时,一张来自苏宁内部的通知截图也在网上曝光,从截图可以看出,通知的范围是苏宁的全体成员,而对员工提出此要求的出处则是《苏宁员工思想与行为规范准则》。

    It has recently revealed that Suning threatens to fire any employee who is found to purchase from JD.com, which is deemed by Suning as the lack of sense of ownership. Meanwhile, a screenshot of notice from Suning was exposed online. From the screenshot, it can be seen that all members of Suning are notified, and the notice is from Code of Thought and Behavior of Suning Employees.

    It’s reported that, Lenovo released an integrity announcement to dismiss an employee charging “rewards for go-between” and making false declarations of reimbursement. According to the announcement, the employee was senior manager and director of Promotion and PR Department of Lenovo China Region, and in 2010 and 2011, he charged partners “rewards for go-between” for twice, and between 2012 and 2017, he used to make false declarations of project costs.

    世界经济论坛近日发布的《2017年全球性别差距报告》显示,从全球范围看,男女平等状况十年来首次出现倒退。从中国来看,中国女性花在照顾家庭等无报酬工作上的时间占总劳动时间的44.6%,而男性的比例仅为18.9%。此外,中国女性在公司董事会级别的人数占比只有9.4%。

    Worldwide, equality between men and women retrogresses for the first time over the past ten years, according to the Global Gender Gap Report 2017 published by World Economic Forum recently. In China, Chinese women spend 44.6% of their total labor time on doing unpaid work such as looking after their family, while Chinese men spend only 18.9% of their total labor time on doing such work. Moreover, the number of Chinese women holding positions in board of directors of companies accounts for only 9.4% of the total number of people in board of directors of companies.

    浙江省政府近日发布通知,决定从2017年12月1日起,将浙江省最低月工资标准调整为2010元、1800元、1660元、1500元四档,非全日制工作的最低小时工资标准调整为18.4元、16.5元、15元、13.6元四档。

    The People’s Department of Zhejiang Province has recently released a notice, saying it decides to, as of Dec. 1, 2017, adjust its minimum monthly wage standard to RMB 2,010, RMB 1,800, RMB 1,660 and RMB 1,500, and adjust the minimum hourly wage standard for part-time jobs to RMB 18.4, RMB 16.5, RMB 15 and RMB 13.6.

    江西省政府办公厅日前发布《关于调整最低工资标准的通知》,从2018年1月1日起,江西省一、二、三类区域月最低工资标准分别调整为1680元、1580元、1470元。同时,一、二、三类区域非全日制用工小时最低工资标准分别调整为16.8元、15.8元、14.7元。

    As of Jan. 1, 2018, the minimum monthly wage standards of Class I, II and III areas of Jiangxi will be respectively adjusted to RMB 1,680, RMB 1,580 and RMB 1,470, according to the Notice on Adjustment of Minimum Wage Standard released by General Office of People’s Government of Jiangxi Province. Meanwhile, the minimum hourly wage standard of Class I, II and III areas will be respectively adjusted to RMB 16.8, RMB 15.8 and RMB 14.7.
