  • 人社部:会计等11个职称系列增设正高级

    MOHRSS: The senior level is newly introduced to 11 professional title series, including accountants.

    人社部近日印发《关于在部分系列设置正高级职称有关问题的通知》,明确目前未设置正高级的职称系列均设置到正高级,共涉及工程、经济、会计、统计等11个系列。

    According to the Notice on Setting the Senior Level in Some Series issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security recently, professional title series without no senior level currently shall have the senior level set, including engineering, economy, accountant and statistics, among 11 series in total.

    Progress of Ctrip Child Abuse Case: The responsible persons of the nursery have been put in criminal detention, and two senior officers suspended from duties.

    11月14日,携程公布了虐童案最新进展:园方主要责任人已被刑拘,已停职两个公司高层。11月8日,上海长宁区携程亲子园教师虐童事件曝出,引发各方关注。11月9日,携程亲子园开始闭园整顿。事件曝出后,携程方面迅速回应称其已与涉事人员解除合同,并已报警。

    On Nov. 14, the latest progress of this child abuse case was issued by Ctrip as follows: The responsible persons of the nursery have been put in criminal detention, with two senior officers suspended from duties. On Nov. 8, the child abuse scandal committed by teachers with Shanghai Ctrip Nursery was exposed, raising the concern of many parties. On Nov. 9, this Ctrip Nursery was suspended for reorganization. Upon exposure of this scandal, Ctrip rapidly responded that it had terminated the labor contract with personnel involved, and called the police.

    腾讯行政官方微信公众号发布了一则消息,13日起腾讯员工可凭工卡免费享用早餐,用餐时间是早上8:00-9:30,腾讯正式、外包员工均可凭借工卡用餐,福利适应范围包括深圳、北京、上海和成都的腾讯大厦等地点。

    According to WeChat official account of Tencent, employees of Tencent can enjoy free breakfast from Nov. 13 by showing their badges, with dining time from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. The welfare is applicable to formal and outsourcing employees of Tencent, covering Tencent buildings in Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, etc.

    近日,据媒体报道,百胜中国拟成立独立的外卖公司,并已开始为“新公司”招兵买马。有知情人士透露,饿了么与百度外卖合并后,双方处于磨合期,百度外卖人员变动较大,因此成了百胜中国引进人才的重要目标。

    It’s reportedly that Yum! China intends to incorporate an independent food delivery service company, and has recruited employees for the “new business”. As disclosed by insiders, Eleme and Baidu Takeaway are in the run-in period after their merger. Due to the relatively great personnel changes with Baidu Takeaway, those personnel become significant targets of Yum! China.

    11月10日,人社部公布《失业保险条例(修订草案征求意见稿)》,拟从八个方面对现行条例作出利好调整,其中包括将3%的固定费率降至不超2%。

    On Nov. 10, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued the Regulations on Unemployment Insurance (Exposure Draft of Revised Draft), which will be subject to positive adjustments of its existing regulations in eight aspects, including the decline of the fixed contribution rate from 3% to not more than 2%.

    据不完全统计,截止到11月14日,全国已有海南、天津、北京、江苏、河北、陕西、江西、福建、湖南等21个省区公布了2017年的工资指导线,与去年相比,多个省份的指导线数值都有所下调。

    According to incomplete statistics, salary guidelines of 2017 have been released in 21 provinces and municipalities, including Hainan, Tianjin, Beijing, Jiangsu, Hebei, Shaanxi, Jiangxi, Fujian and Hunan, which witnesses slight decline of guideline in many provinces compared with that of 2016.

    近日,黑龙江省发布《黑龙江省人民政府关于调整全省最低工资标准的通知》,决定从2017年10月1日起调整全省最低工资标准。调整后的月最低工资标准一二三档分别为:1680元、1450元、1270元,小时最低工资标准一二三档分别为16元、13元、12元。

    Recently, Heilongjiang province released Notice of the People’s Government of Heilongjiang Province on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standards, and decided to adjust the minimum wage standards across the province as of Oct. 1, 2017. After the adjustment, classes I, II and III of the minimum monthly wage standard are: RMB 1,680, RMB 1,450 and RMB 1,270 respectively. Meanwhile, Classes I, II and III of the minimum hourly wage standard are adjusted to RMB 16, RMB 13 and RMB 12 respectively.

    安徽省人力资源社会保障厅、省财政厅印发《关于提高失业保险待遇有关问题的通知》,自2017年12月1日起将安徽省失业保险金计发比例由市本级最低工资标准的75%提高至90%。

    According to the Notice on Improving the Unemployment Insurance Benefits issued by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Anhui Province and Anhui Provincial Department of Finance, the calculation and grant proportion of unemployment insurance in Anhui Province will raise from 75% to 90% of the minimum wage standard at city level as of Dec. 1, 2017.
