    The minimum wage standard improves in 22 regions

    随着辽宁省近日宣布上调最低工资标准,据不完全统计,今年以来,至少已有22个地区宣布提高最低工资标准。其中,北京、上海、深圳、浙江、天津的月最低工资标准≥2000元。

    According to incomplete statistics, at least 22 regions have announced to raise the minimum wage standard this year, demonstrated by Liaoning Province as the most recent example. Among them, the minimum wage standard in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Zhejiang, and Tianjin is not less than RMB 2000 per month.

    近日,《江苏省实施中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法办法(草案)》提交审议,草案明确,符合法律、法规规定生育子女的夫妻,女方享受产假期间,鼓励有条件的单位安排男方享受不少于5天的共同育儿假。

    Recently, the Measures of Jiangsu Province for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests (Draft) has been submitted for consideration. The Draft expressly states that as long as couples give birth in line with laws and regulations, when the mother enjoys maternity leave, employers with conditions are encouraged to arrange at least 5 days of joint parental leave for the father.

    日前,湖北省修订通过了《湖北省实施〈中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法〉办法》,其中规定,独生子女照顾失能或者患病住院老人,每年至少可享15天护老假,并于2017年12月1日起实施。

    Hubei Province has recently adopted amendments to the Measures of Hubei Province for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly, which stipulates that the only child may enjoy 15 days of the elderly nursing leave to take care of their incapacitated or hospitalized elderlies. This amendment will be enacted as of December 1, 2017.

    The Insurance Association of China released the Report on Human Resources of the Insurance Industry in China 2017. According to the report, the average remuneration of core management and senior executives in the insurance industry in 2016 was RMB 1.6502 million and RMB 777,300, respectively.

    Another day, Guizhou Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security rolled out the enterprise wage guidelines of 2017. The baseline for the currency wage growth of enterprises is set at 7.5%, with the maximum at 12.5% and the minimum at 3.5%.

    安徽省近期下发文件,从明年1月起,将进一步提高工伤人员和因工死亡职工供养亲属的待遇水平。伤残津贴按照伤残等级每人每月分别增加:一级290元,二级280元,三级270元,四级260元,五级160元,六级140元。

    Anhui Province has recently issued a document stating to further raise the treatments to workers suffering from work-related injury and treatments to relatives of workers who died on the duty as of next January. Disability allowance per capita per month increases by disability degree as below: RMB 290 for Degree 1, RMB 280 for Degree 2, RMB 270 for Degree 3, RMB 260 for Degree 4, RMB 160 for Degree 5, and RMB 140 for Degree 6.
