关于实习生使用的话题在市面上虽多有涉及,但对于外国实习生使用的论述却鲜有人尝试。就此,笔者愿与读者诸君做一次粗浅的探讨。
Although the topic regarding the use of foreign interns has been involved in the business, discourse and comments have been rarely tried on it. Thus, I would like to have a superficial discussion with you in this article.

近日,“2017最受大学生关注雇主”榜单出炉,万达、复星集团、浦发银行、腾讯、网易、星巴克、电信、联通、工商银行等企业上榜。调研发现,大学生心目中的理想工作最应该具备的特征是有保障的薪酬、培训和发展机会多、期待好的雇主文化。
Recently, the "List of Employers Most Interested among College Graduates 2017" comes out, on which are Wanda Group, Fosun Group, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Tencent, NetEase, Starbucks, China Telecom, China Unicom and ICBC. The survey finds that generous salary, more training and development opportunities, and good corporate culture are the most-wanted features in an employer among college students.

近日,猎聘发布《全国猎头猎取人才行为大数据报告》,数据表明,近50%的职场人对于跳槽涨薪的心理底线为30%~50%;还有17.7%的人,心理涨薪底线为51%~80%,也就是达到这个水准才会让他们考虑是否换一个工作环境。
Liepin.com recently released the National Big Data Report on the Actions of Talents Procured by Headhunters. According to the report, job hopping necessitates at least a 30%~50% raise for close to 50% of the employees, and another 17.7% would change the current job only with a 51%~80% raise.

It is reported that GE plans to lay off 12,000 employees from its power sector, accounting for 18% of its total employees in the power sector. The laid-off employees include professional staff and production staff. Power sector is the largest of GE, with an employee number of approximately 300,000 in all functional departments by the end of 2016.
