    The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance jointly printed and issued the Enterprise Annuity Measures. According to the Measures, the annuity contributed by a enterprise shall not exceed 8% of the total wages of all employees each year, while the total annuity contributed by the enterprise and the employees shall not exceed 12% of the total wages of all employees. The amount contributed by the enterprise in the current period that is billed to the employee's personal account of enterprise annuity shall not exceed 5 times the average. Upon death of an employee or a retiree, the balance in the personal account of enterprise annuity can be inherited.
