    据媒体消息,华为给东莞的员工分3万套福利房,只卖8500元/平米,低于市场价70%(带精装修)。据了解,员工需满足3年以上工作年限,职级区间在15级至19级,具体名单还需按照积分统计和排序最终确认。

    According to media reports, Huawei will provide 30,000 sets of welfare apartments to Dongguan-based employees that are sold at RMB 8500 per square meter, 70% lower than the market price (with refined decoration).     1月17日,北京市人社局发布《关于<违反和解除劳动合同的经济补偿办法>(劳部发[1994]481)被废止后劳动争议处理若干问题的意见》,为北京市劳动人事争议处理工作,统一执法尺度提供参考。

    Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security promulgated the Opinions on Several Issues Concerning the Handling of Labor Disputes after the Abolition of the Measures on Economic Compensation for Labor Contract Violation and Termination (LBF[1994] 481) on January 17. This provides a reference for the handling of labor and HR disputes and unifying law enforcement standards in Beijing.
