约定竞业限制义务,不约定补偿金有效吗?

我们公司与一个员工谈协商解除,请问解除时约定竞业限制,没有约定竞业限制补偿金有没有效,员工可否不履行?

    UC: the employees laid off get “wage of N+1 months + wage of the 13th month + year-end bonus of 3 months’ wage”

    18日,有消息称UC將规模裁员,被裁员工將直接离岗带薪休假至3月31日。据悉,被裁员工將获得“N+1+第13薪+3个月年终奖”的补偿措施。

    It’s said on the 18th day that UC would start a scale layoff, and the employees laid off would directly leave their posts and take a paid annual leave until Mar. 31. It’s learned that the employees laid off will be entitled to the compensation “wage of N+1 months + wage of the 13th month + year-end bonus of 3 months’ wage”.

    近日,深圳市中级人民法院对金立集团董事长、总裁刘立荣所持41.4%深圳市金立通信设备有限公司股权进行了冻结,时间为3年。同时,有金立员工爆料,本该1月10日发放的2017年12月的工资目前还未发放。

    据报道,备受关注的《江苏省女职工劳动保护特别规定》将在年内出台。去年4月,《江苏省女职工劳动保护特别规定(草案)》第二次征求意见稿曾明确,女职工因痛经不能坚持工作的可以休息1至2天。

    It’s reported that Jiangsu Province Special Rules on the Labor Protection of Female Employees that attracts much attention will be released within the year. In Apr. last year, it’s specified in the second exposure draft of the Jiangsu Province Special Rules on the Labor Protection of Female Employees (Draft) that female employees who cannot hold on to their work due to dysmenorrheal may have 1-2 days off.

    Tianjin: Foreign employees working in Tianjin may pay and deposit the housing provident fund

    日前,天津市发布《关于在津工作外国人住房公积金有关政策的通知》,该政策自2018年2月1日起实施。政策提出,符合条件的外籍人员在与用人单位协商一致的基础上,可按天津有关规定缴存住房公积金。

    A few days ago, Tianjin released the Notice on the Policy concerning the Housing Provident Fund for Foreign Employees in Tianjin, which will be implemented as from Feb. 1, 2018. It is specified in the policy that a qualified foreign employee may, on the basis of friendly negotiation with his employer, pay and deposit the housing provident fund subject to the applicable provisions of Tianjin.

Some members of the Committee of the CPPCC express that, to encourage couples of child-bearing age to give birth to second children, and reduce the pressure on female employees, it is suggested to properly extend the maternity leave to one year, and upon application by a female employee under special circumstance, the employer agrees to extend the maternity leave for 3-6 months.
