返聘人员是否享受年底奖金?

Are re-employed retirees entitled to annual bonus?

现在员工要求公司发放她退休那年的年底奖金,公司需要发放吗?有什么依据吗?如果发放,按什么标准?

    8 provinces implement the “paid care leave” for only-child

    据统计,截至2017年底,全国已有黑龙江、福建、河南、湖北、广东、广西、海南、重庆等8个省(区、市)已通过地方立法,建立了独生子女家庭老年人护理假制度。

    According to relevant statistics, as at the end of 2017, eight provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government), including Heilongjiang, Fujian, Henan, Hubei, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan and Chongqing, had adopted local legislatures and established the paid care leave system for the only-child to care for the aged parents.

    近日,广东省人大代表建议,“女职工增加奖励假期50天(合计80天),将这80天奖励假与98天产假一起纳入生育津贴补贴范围,由生育津贴支付假期工资,保护女职工的就业权,减少就业歧视。

    Recently, some deputies to Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress proposed to “increase the fertility incentive holiday of women workers by 50 days (total 80 days), and incorporate the salaries for these 80 incentive days plus the 98 days of the maternity leave into the maternity allowance scope, which will be paid by the maternity insurance. This could protect the employment right of female workers and reduce employment discrimination.”

    Guangxi: minimum wage standard will be adjusted as of February 1

    广西近日发布通知,对全区职工最低工资标准进行调整。此次最低工资标准分为三类,月最低工资标准调整为1680元、1450元、1300元;非全日制小时最低工资标准调整为16元、14元、12.5元。该标准自2018年2月1日起执行。

    Guangxi has recently promulgated a notice to adjust the minimum wage standards for all workers in the region. The minimum wage standards of this time are divided into three categories, which will be adjusted to RMB 1680, RMB 1450 and RMB 1300 per month, respectively. The minimum hourly wage for non-full-time workers is adjusted to RMB 16, RMB 14 and RMB 12.5 respectively. The new standard will be implemented as of February 1, 2018.

    Recently, deputies to Jiangsu Provincial People’s Congress and Provincial CPPCC suggested that “where the parents of only-child reach 60 years of full age and are hospitalized due to heavy illness or become terminally ill, the employer shall give the only-child no less than 10 days of care leave each year, and the salaries and benefits during the care period shall remain unchanged”.

    近日,广西自治区总工会提出,建议女方产假给予适当延长,以180天为宜。产假期间的生育津贴应由社会保障部门全额发放,而不是只按国家规定的98天发放。

    Recently, the Federation of Trade Union of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region proposed to appropriately extend the maternity leave of female workers to 180 days. The social security department should distribute the maternity allowance during the entire maternity leave period rather than using the 98 days of the state standard.
