夜间值班是否属于加班、是否适合发放值班津贴或安排调休?

  • 云南:5月起提高最低工资标准

    Yunnan: Minimum wage standard will be increased as of May

    从2018年5月1日起,云南将调整最低工资标准,一类、二类、三类地区月最低工资标准,分别从此前的1570元、1400元、1180元提高到1670元、1500元和1350元。

    从2018年4月1日起,上海市2018年度职工社会保险缴费基数上、下限分别调整为21396元和4279元。本次调整标准还包括失业保险金标准、有关就业补助标准、职工医保年度统筹基金最高支付限额、医保个人账户计入标准、工伤保险相关待遇标准等。
