劳动者有未休年休假时,用人单位是否必须支付未休年休假工资?

    ILO intends to formulate international standards for sexual harassment for the first time

    近日,据媒体报道,联合国国际劳工组织(ILO)将于5月28日至6月8日在瑞士日内瓦召开年度大会,讨论为消除职场暴力及骚扰制定新的国际标准。至今为止并没有直接针对包含性骚扰在内所有与工作相关的骚扰行为的国际基准,力争通过本次的讨论在明年的大会上表决通过。

    According to media reports, the International Labour Organization (ILO) will convene its annual meeting in Geneva, Switzerland from May 28 to June 8, on which the topic of formulating international standards to eliminate workplace violence and harassment will be discussed. So far there are no international baselines for what can be termed as workplace harassment including sexual harassment. ILO will strive to make a vote on this year's discussion results at its annual meeting next year.

    近日,据媒体报道,美国最高法院通过了允许公司要求员工签字放弃其对管理者进行集体诉讼的能力,大约已有2500万员工签署了该协议。法官们以法院多数保守派做出5-4的裁决,承认企业越来越多做法的合法性,迫使员工签署仲裁协议,放弃对各种纠纷提起集体诉讼的权利。

    Recently, according to media reports, the U.S. Supreme Court granted enterprises the right to ask employees to sign a waiver of giving up class actions against the management of the enterprise. About 25 million employees have signed the waiver agreement. The judges made a 5-4 ruling by the majority of the Court's conservatives. The ruling acknowledged the legitimacy of this increasing practice of enterprises that forces employees to sign the arbitration agreement and to give up the right of instituting class actions in various disputes.

    HaiDiLao Hot Pot has recently submitted the prospectus to the Hong Kong Exchanges, intending to be listed on the Main Board of HKEX. The prospectus shows that HaiDiLao has supplemented the arrears of the housing provident fund from 2015 to 2017, with an amount of RMB 88 million. HaiDiLao has blamed the arrears to three reasons: 1) the requirement of large amount of labor and relatively high liquidity; 2) inexperienced human resources personnel; and 3) many employees' reluctance to contribute the housing provident fund.

    5月21日,广东省人社厅透露,从2018年5月1日起,广东省失业人员领取失业保险金标准由现行规定最低工资标准的80%,提高到最低工资标准的90%。

    On May 21, the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Guangdong Province revealed that as from May 1, 2018, the unemployment insurance collected by unemployed workers in Guangdong will be raised from the existing 80% to 90% of the minimum wage standard.

    近日,《贵州省工伤职工停工留薪期管理暂行办法》已经出台,并于2018年7月1日起施行。根据规定,停工留薪期一般不超过12个月,伤情复杂或者情况特殊,经劳动能力鉴定委员会确认,可以适当延长,但延长不得超过12个月。

    Recently, the Interim Measures for the Management of Workers with Work-related Injuries During the Period of Remuneration without Work of Guizhou Province has been promulgated and will be enacted on July 1, 2018. According to the Measures, the period of remuneration without work shall not exceed 12 months. If the injuries of the worker are complicated and the situation is rather special, the period can be extended appropriately under the confirmation of the Labor Ability Assessment Committee, but the extension thereof shall not exceed 12 months.
