劳动合同到期,公司决定不续签需要提前30日通知吗?

If the company decides not to renew the labor contract upon expiration, does the company need to give a notice 30 days in advance?

公司与员工签订的劳动合同即将要到期,公司不想续签了,是否需要提前30日书面通知员工?不通知是否会有法律风险?
