女职工产假遇到法定节假日,如何处理?

How to deal with the problem that female employee’s maternity leave coincides with statutory holidays?

我公司有女员工休产假,其产假期间遇到了清明节、劳动节、端午节,共计三天的法定节假日,请问该员工产假是否要顺延三天?

There is a female employee of our company on her maternity leave which coincides with up to three-day statutory holidays - Tomb-sweeping Day, Labor Day and Dragon Boat Festival. Shall the maternity leave for this employee be postponed by three days?
