员工闪辞不做交接,该怎么处理?

How should we deal with sudden resignation of employees without handover?

我司一名员工在向其直属领导发微信说“我不干了”之后再也没来过公司上班,员工的这种行为是否算是辞职?若不算辞职,后续期间未到公司上班是否属于旷工,公司是否可以以此为由与员工解除劳动合同?

One of our employees no longer came to office after sending a WeChat message that “I would quit the job” to his direct superior. Shall such behavior by this employee be counted as resignation? If not, shall absence from the company over the subsequent period be counted as absenteeism, and can the company dissolve the labor contract with this employee on this ground?

    近日,有网友爆料华为公司北京员工公积金缴纳标准全部从12%调整到了5%。该爆料人称这相当于实际降薪8%左右。对此,华为方面称公积金调整是为了进一步降低企业成本,和本着“同地同标准”原则,将北京、上海等多地住房公积金缴存比例调至5%,与深圳等地缴存标准一致。

    Recently, some netizen discloses that the standard of housing provident fund has been turned down from 12% to 5% for all employees of Huawei Company in Beijing. This discloser claims this is equivalent to actual decline in salary by 8% or so. Hereto, Huawei claims the regulation in housing provident fund aims to further reduce business cost. Abiding by the principle of “same standard for same places”, the deposit ratio of housing provident fund in Beijing, Shanghai and other cities has been adjusted to 5%, the same standard as in Shenzhen and other cities.

    Recently, New Zealand has passed a legislation that allows victims of domestic violence to take a paid leave of 10 days so that they can leave their partner, find a new home and protect themselves and their children. But some senators assert this amounts to letting enterprises assume the consequence of domestic violence. If small- and medium-sized enterprises are excessively costly, it might ironically turn out that employers would lessen their employment of victims who are suspected to suffer from domestic violence.

    30日,记者从河南省人力资源和社会保障厅获悉,根据《关于调整河南省最低工资标准的通知》,全省一、二、三类行政区域月最低工资标准分别调整至1900元、1700元、1500元,从今年10月1日起开始执行。
