用人单位为非本单位员工代缴社会保险,可以吗?

Can employers pay social insurance for external employees?

我公司一员工提出,其想把自己配偶的社保挂靠在我公司名下交纳,相关费用由其自己承担,这样操作是否有法律风险?

One employee of our company proposes that he wants to attach his spouse’s social insurance to our company’s title to pay, and that he would assume relevant fees on his own. Is such operation open to legal risk?

  • 三部门发文:提高企业研发费用税前加计扣除比例

    Articles issued from three departments: Raise the pretax surcharged deduction proportion of enterprise costs on R&D

    财政部、国家税务总局、科技部21日联合发布,我国将提高企业研发费用税前加计扣除比例,企业开展研发活动中实际发生的研发费用,未形成无形资产计入当期损益的,在按规定据实扣除的基础上,在2018年1月1日至2020年12月31日期间,再按照实际发生额的75%在税前加计扣除;形成无形资产的,在上述期间按照无形资产成本的175%在税前摊销。

    Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation and Ministry of Science and Technology released jointly on 21st that China will raise the pretax surcharged deduction proportion of enterprise costs on R&D. On the base of deduction according to the provisions and facts, further pretax deduction shall be surcharged at 75% of actually incurred amount on actually incurred R&D costs in R&D activities carried out by enterprises which have not formed intangible assets and been counted towards the gain and loss of the current phase during January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020; otherwise, amortized before tax at 175% of intangible assets costs during the above period for costs that have formed intangible assets.

There have been over 10 charges against the sexual harassment in the workplace of McDonald at present. Protesters insisted that McDonald carry out anti-harassment training for its managers and employees and that a national commission be founded to address sexual harassment.
