该企业规章制度内容、程序合法,用人单位下达的解除劳动合同通知书也是依据张某违反企业规章制度而作出,为什么仲裁院仍裁决由用人单位支付违法解除劳动合同的赔偿金呢?

    8日,广东省人社厅等四部门发布《关于进一步规范企业职工基本养老保险参保缴费政策的通知》,明确广东8项一次性缴费政策,不再适用超过法定退休年龄的未参保人员。各地不得违反国家规定采取一次性缴费的方式将超过法定退休年龄等不符合条件人员纳入职工基本养老保险参保范围。自11月1日起实施。
