    MOHRSS: Issue the interim measures for the "blacklist" management of serious dishonest personnel in the social security field

    16日,人社部发布了《社会保险领域严重失信“黑名单”管理暂行办法(征求意见稿)》,《意见》列举了六种应将其列入社保“黑名单”的情形,并指出社保“黑名单”信息将被纳入当地和全国信用信息共享平台,在政府采购、交通出行、招投标、生产许可、资质审核、融资贷款、市场准入、税收优惠、评优评先等方面予以限制。

    On the 16th, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security promulgated the Interim Measures for the "Blacklist" Management of Serious Dishonest Personnel in the Social Security Field (draft for comment). The draft lists six situations that should be included in the "blacklist" of the social security field. In addition, the draft points out that the social security "blacklist" information will be incorporated into the local and national credit information sharing platforms, and these dishonest personnel will be restricted in government procurement, transportation, bidding, production permits, qualification review, financing and loans, market access, tax incentives, appraisal of outstanding and advanced personnel, etc.

    人社部近期公布了2018年1-8月人力资源社会保障统计数据,前8月城镇职工基本养老保险、城乡居民基本养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险、生育保险等各项社保基金收入达48768.94亿元,支出为41136.28亿元。

Apple and Amazon ranks at the third and fifth respectively. The only Chinese company making the top ten is Hong Kong based CNOOC Limited. Among Chinese technology companies, NetEase ranks the 80th, JD the 131st, Tencent the 165th, and Ali the 332nd.
