  • 河北:未按规缴纳养老保险且拒不整改的用人单位 将实施失信联合惩戒

    Hebei: Joint punishment for discredit will be imposed on employers that do not pay endowment insurance as per regulations and that refuse to make rectifications

    近日,河北省出台《关于贯彻落实企业职工基本养老保险基金中央调剂制度的实施意见》,当中提到,将加大扩面征缴力度,对用人单位未按相关规定参保、未如实申报缴费基数且拒不整改的,依法实施失信联合惩戒。各级税务部门会同人力资源社会保障、财政部门每年至少开展一次企业养老保险费征收、清欠专项检查。

    On Recently, Hebei province has promulgated the Opinions the Implementation of Central Regulatory System on Carrying through and Practicing Corporate Staff’s Basic Endowment Insurance Funds, in which it is mentioned that the intensity of extensive levy will be augmented and that the joint punishment for discredit will be imposed on employers that fail to be insured as per relevant regulations and that fail to truthfully declare the payment base and refuse to make rectifications. Taxation authorities at all levels will carry out special inspections on levy of corporate endowment insurance premium and debt clearance along with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and with the Ministry of Finance at least once per year.

    26日,国际劳工组织发布的《全球工资报告》显示,全球工资增长疲软,2017年全球工资增长率从2016年的2.4%下降至1.8%,降至2008年以来的最低水平;而性别工资差距在全球范围内约为20%。这一调查结果基于来自136个国家的数据。

    On the 26th day, Global Wage Report released by International Labor Organization indicated that the growth in global wage was slow. The growth rate of global wage dropped from 2.4% of 2016 to 1.8% of 2017, the lowest level since 2008; while the gap in wage by gender was roughly 20% worldwide. This survey result is based on data from 136 countries.

    On the 23rd day, a report on election of “China’s Best Employer 2018” released jointly by Social Investigation Research Center of Peking University and Zhaopin indicated that undergraduates’ expected monthly income was CNY 6,530 in 2018, CNY 507 higher than last year.
