    据透露,收入分配总体方案目前已完成起草并上报国务院,预计将于12月份出台。如何破除不同行业收入分配不均、提高居民收入在国民收入中的比重、加大社会保障投入满足时代需求等诸多问题成为各界关注的焦点。

    It is revealed that the income distribution overall plan has been drafted for the review of the State Council and to be unveiled in December. Issues such as how to eradicate the unfair income distribution of different industries, increase proportion of residents' income among national income, and consolidate the input of social insurance as the circumstances require have become focus of attention among all walks of life.

    日前深圳劳动部门下发的深人社专纪[2012]11号文规定:女职工违法计划生育仍然适用《女职工劳动保护特别规定》的有关条款,用人单位不得以女职工违法计划生育为由解除劳动合同。

    Recently Shenzhen human resources authority has issued the 11th Regulation of 2012 concerning human resources management in Shenzhen, which rules that provisions in Special Regulation on Labor Protection for Female Employees are still applicable to female employees who violate birth control policies. Employers shall not terminate labor contract with female employees under these circumstances.

    According to 2012 Q2 Human Resources Index Report released by Seebon Human Resources Research Institute, compared with the same period of the previous year, in the second quarter of this year, employees of labor dispatch among four industries in 15 cities have been given an increase of salary of 18.32%, and this figure can reach 15.21% deducting the prices rise factors.
