  • 国务院:新个税法实施后年终奖计税方式暂或变动不大

    State Council: Tax Computation Method of Year-end Bonus will Remain Unchanged or Change Slightly after the Implementation of New Individual Income Tax Law

    24日,财政部副部长程丽华在国务院政策例行吹风会上透露,个税法修改后将总体上平移现行有效的优惠政策,并根据税法的修改情况对几项优惠政策作相应调整和衔接安排,目前正在依法履行相关程序。这也就意味着新个税法和条例实施后,年终奖的计税方式暂时或没有太大改动。
