    NDRC: No mass layoffs at Internet companies

    近日,国家发改委新闻发言人孟玮在发布会上表示,针对近期出现的有关互联网行业裁员的一些报道,用多种方式进行了调研,从了解到的情况看,互联网企业的招聘和用工总体比较平稳,没有出现大规模裁员现象。

    Recently, spokesperson of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) Meng Wei said at a news conference that the NDRC has conducted research in a variety of ways, finding that the recruitment and employment of Internet enterprises are generally stable, and there are no large-scale layoffs at Internet companies as reported earlier by some media.

    近日,上海市妇联提出,产假制度的设立应当以家庭为单位,建议产假(包括生育假、配偶陪产假)可以由夫妻双方共享。夫妻双方协商确定各自休假的天数,比如98天的产假由女方享受,另40天的假期女方休10天男方休30天。

    Recently, the Shanghai Womens Federation (SWF) proposed that the maternity leave system should be family based. It suggested that maternity leave (including maternity leave and paternity leave) be shared by the couple. The couple may negotiate to determine the days of his/her own leave.
