    近日,据媒体报道,广西省下发关于调整办公时间的通知,其中说明,自2019年5月1日起,办公时间调整为上午8时至12时、下午3时至6时,不再分夏季办公时间和冬季办公时间。

    Reportedly, Guangxi Province has recently issued a notice on the adjustment of office hours, which states that office hours will be adjusted to from 8: 00 am to 12: 00 am and from 3: 00 pm to 6: 00 pm as of May 1, 2019. The differentiated summer or winter work schedules will no longer be used.

    近日,据媒体报道,陕西省人社厅、省财政厅联合印发《关于调整陕西省失业保险待遇标准的通知》,通知规定从2019年5月1日起,全省统一调整提高失业保险金类区及标准,其中:一类区1620元/月,二类区1530元/月,三类区1440元/月。

    According to media reports, the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shaanxi Provincial and the Provincial Department of Finance jointly issued the Notice on Adjusting the Standards for Unemployment Insurance Benefits in Shaanxi Province. The Notice stipulates that starting from May 1, 2019, the entire province will uniformly adjust area tiers for the unemployment insurance benefit and raise respective standards. Specifically, the standard is 1,620 yuan/month for tier one areas, 1,530 yuan/month for tier two areas, and 1,440 yuan/month for tier three areas.

    Reportedly, Tencent recently released the 2019 Report on Chinese Wages, which shows that only 22.44% of the respondents who have worked for more than 10 years have a monthly salary of over 10,000 yuan. In addition, 66.2% of the respondents’ salary level is lower than expected, and 74.6% of them think that salary is a factor to be taken into consideration when it comes to job-hopping.

    According to media reports, Oracle recently plans to close its research and development center in China, involving about 1,600 employees. The closure will be carried out in steps. Perhaps the first round of layoffs involves more than 500 as previously reported, which however will be officially known until May. Official comments from Oracle China are not available yet.
