    Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security: Implementation Measures for Labor Dispatch Administrative Licensing Will Be Enacted on July 1

    《劳务派遣行政许可实施办法》已经人力资源社会保障部第10次部务会审议通过,自2013年7月1日起施行。《办法》明确,申请经营劳务派遣业务应当具备注册资本不得少于人民币200万元等条件。

    The Implementation Measures for Labor Dispatch Administrative Licensing has been approved on the 10th meeting of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and will be enacted on July 1, 2013. The Measures expressly provide that units applying for engaging in labor dispatch business must have a registered capital of no less than RMB 2 million, in addition to some other requirements.

    The Shanghai Residence Permit Management Approach will be officially implemented on July 1, accordingly to which points will be accumulated for holders of residence permits that are up to certain conditions and when the points meet standard scores, such people can enjoy public service treatments like children's education and social insurance.

    Guangdong Adjusts Social Security Standards From July Onwards

    广东省人社局表示,从2013年7月1日起,以2012年全省在岗职工月平均工资计算的社会保险待遇和征收相关的缴费标准,按2012年全省在岗职平均工资4215元执行。

    Guangdong Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Bureau said that from July 1, 2013 onwards, the social insurance-related benefits and payment standards will be subject to the province's average monthly wage of employed workers in 2012, i.e. RMB 4215.

    Jiangsu Adjusts Minimum Wage Standard from July Onwards

    江苏省从7月1日起调整全省最低工资标准。一类地区从目前的1320元上调到1480元;二类地区从目前的1100元上调到1280元;三类地区从目前的950元上调到1100元。

    Jiangsu will implement the new minimum wage standard from July 1, with the number for level-1 areas is increased from the current RMB 1320 to RMB 1480, level-2 areas from RMB 1100 to RMB 1280, and level-3 areas from RMB 950 to RMB 1100.
