Can the employer withdraw the rescission notice after issuing it?

    As reported recently, Measures for Labor Protection of Female Staff and Workers in Liaoning Province has been officially released and will be enforced starting from March 1, 2021. It has specified that employees who has been diagnosed with severe dysmenorrhea or excess menstrual volume by medical institution or maternity and childcare institution should be offered with one to two days of modest rest.

    As reported recently, Alibaba will allegedly abolish the mandatory “361” assessment system, namely it will no longer force direct leaders to offer 10% of employees 3 to 3.25 points of performance ratings. (Employees whose annual performance is 3.25 points or below will be deprived of the opportunity of year-end bonus and promotion, and those whose performance ratings fall below 3.25 points for 2 consecutive years will be confronted with being dismissed.) Many an employee of Alibaba has validated this message to the media, but the company has expressed it would give no response.

    近日,据报道,快手召开全员会,会上人力负责人刘峰表示,如今公司也已经有70%的人在大小周,为了让前中后台配合更加紧密,将于2021年1月10号全员开启大小周。

    As reported recently, Kuaishou has convened a meeting among the entire staff, on which Liu Feng, person-in-charge of human resources, expressed that there had been 70% of the staff working with the alternate 5 and 6 working days a week in the company nowadays.     As reported recently, Zhejiang Province has printed and issued the Opinions on the Implementation of the Provincial-level Unified Planning System for Regularizing Enterprise Staff’s Basic Endowment Insurance, which specifies that, starting from January 1, 2022, the salary for the contribution by employer shall be verified according to the sum of the salary for the contribution by individual employee, and that the proportion of contribution by the employer will be adjusted to 16% whereas the urban individual employee to 20%.
