各地病假工资的发放标准

Standards of Sick Pay of Various Places

各地关于病假工资的立法,主要有三种模式。劳动部及上海采取的是根据职工的工龄和工资,按照一定的比例支付。

The regulations of different places on sick pay fall into three modes:Mode 1: issue sick pay as per a certain proportion on the basis of employee's length of service and salary.The regulations of the Ministry of Labor and Shanghai are typical examples of this mode.

  • 《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理条例》公布

    The Management Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Control of the Entry and Exit of Aliens Has Been Released

    国务院总理李克强日前签署国务院令,公布了《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理条例》,自2013年9月1日起施行。根据该条例,外国人普通签证由原来的8类调整为12类,外国人在中国境内的四种情形被认定为非法居留。

    Premier Li Keqiang has signed a Stated Council decree to promulgate the Management Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Control of the Entry and Exit of Aliens, which will be enacted on September 1, 2013. Under the Regulations, ordinary visas for aliens are adjusted from 8 categories to 12 categories, while four situations will be deemed as illegal residence.

    Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security: Regulations on Unemployment Insurance Will Be Amended

    人社部日前举行二季度发布会称,人社部将修订失业保险条例等部分保险制度,深入研究养老保险基金保值增值问题。

    At the recent press conference for second quarter, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security expressed to amend certain insurance systems in the Regulations on Unemployment Insurance and carry out in-depth researches on how to retain and increase the value of the pension fund.

    Guangzhou Implements 72-hour Transit Visa Exemption

    从8月1日起,美国、俄罗斯、澳大利亚等45个国家(旅客出发和到达目的地不限于这45个国家)持有第三国签证和机票的外国人,在广州白云国际机场口岸可享受72小时过境免签。

    From August 1 onwards, foreign people from 45 countries including U.S., Russia and Australia (the departure and destination are not restricted to these 45 countries) with third-country visa and air ticket can enjoy 72-hour transit visa exemption at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.

  • 粤工伤保险缴费费率下月起下调50%

    Guangdong Will Cut Contribution Rate of Work-related Injury Insurance by 50% from Next Month

    广东省日前出台相关规定,从2013年8月1日至2014年12月31日期间,在省直参加工伤保险的所有用人单位的工伤保险缴费费率从之前的0.8%下调至0.4%,并在参保缴费申报信息系统直接调整缴费费率,不需要用人单位另行申请。

    Guangdong has issued regulations to decrease the contribution rate of work-related injury insurance paid by all employing units directly participating in work-related injury insurance in Guangdong from 0.8% to 0.4% during August 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014. The adjustment will be directly applied in the insurance participation/contribution application system, so employing units do not need to apply separately.

  • 上海居民工资性收入增幅4年来最低

    Shanghai Residents Encounter Lowest Wage Income Growth in Four Years

    上海市政府新闻发布会称,上海今年上半年实现生产总值10168.52亿元,GDP比去年同期增长7.7%;城市居民工资性收入增长6.1%,为2009年以来的最低增幅。

    A press conference held by Shanghai Municipal Government says that Shanghai's GDP in the first half of 2013 hit RMB 1.016852 trillion, representing a 7.7% growth over the same period of last year. Meanwhile, the wage income of Shanghai urban residents rose by 6.1%, lowest ever since 2009.

    人力资源和社会保障部新闻发言人尹成基表示,截至6月底,共有17个地区调整了最低工资标准,平均调增幅度为17.6%。

    Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security spokesperson Yin Chengji said that as of the end of June, a total of 17 regions had adjusted the minimum wage standards, with an average increase of 17.6%

    财政部经济建设司发布的一份报告显示,当前我国企业税费负担较重,综合考虑税收、政府性基金、各项收费和社保金等项目后的税负达40%左右,超过OECD(经济合作与发展组织)国家的平均水平。

    A report released by the Department of Economic Construction of the Ministry of Finance shows that China's current tax burden of enterprises is relatively heavy—around 40% if incorporating all taxes, government funds, various fees and charges, and social security payments, exceeding the average level of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries.

    据相关统计显示,我国社会保险的缴费率在全球范围内处于高水平之列。仅看基本养老保险,我国企业与员工加起来所占工资基数比例达到30%,远远高于美国12.4%的水平。

    Statistics indicate that China's social insurance contribution rate is at a high level on a global scale. Take basic endowment insurance as an example, the proportion of contribution from both the employer and the employee totals at 30% in the wage base, much higher than U.S.'s 12.4%.

    人才招聘网站英才网联推出的“毕业生求职意向大调查”调查结果显示,期望薪酬在2000元以下毕业生占3%,2000元-3000元者占36%,3000元-4000元者占32%,4000-5000元者占12%,5000元以上者占17%。

    The "Graduate Job Intention Survey" conducted by a recruitment website 800hr.com shows that 3% of the respondents have an expected salary at RMB 2000 or less, 36% at RMB 2000-3000, 32% at RMB 3000-4000, 12% at RMB 4000-5000 and 17% at RMB 5000 plus.
