三期女工每天1小时的“哺乳时间假”可以“折现”吗?

Can the daily one-hour “breastfeeding break” for female employees falling into “the three periods” be “cashed”?

我们通常熟悉的未休“带薪年休假”可以通过支付补偿工资来处理,那么“哺乳时间假”是否同样可以呢?

    Shenzhen:Plan to set out overtime pay is no longer applicable to flexible working hour system

    近日,据报道,深圳市七届人大常委会第一次会议首次审议了《深圳市员工工资支付条例修正案》,这也是该条例实施近17年来首次进行修改。《草案》提出,不定时工作制员工法定假日工作或不再享3倍加班工资、最低工资标准拟由每两年改为每三年调整一次。

    According to recent reports, the First Session of the Standing Committee of the Seventh Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress considered and adopted the Amendments to the Regulations of Shenzhen Municipality on Wage Payment to Employees, which is the first amendment to the Regulations since its adoption in seventeen years ago. The Draft proposes that employees under flexible working hour system may no longer enjoy the overtime payment at three times of regular salary when working during statutory holidays, while the minimum wage standards will be adjusted every three years instead of every two years.

    近日,据报道,北京市人社局和国税总局北京市税务局联合发布《关于2021年社会保险缴费有关问题的通告》,明确北京市阶段性降低失业保险费率政策在2021年4月30日到期后,延续实施1年。

    According to recent reports, Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Beijing Municipal Tax Service, State Taxation Administration have jointly promulgated the Notice on Issues Concerning the Social Insurance Premiums in 2021.The Notice specially states to extend Beijing’s policy of reducing unemployment insurance rates by one year upon its expiration on April 30, 2021.

    近日,据报道,《贵州省养老服务条例(草案)》修改后提请审议。其中提出,国家机关、企业事业单位和社会组织职工的父母或者由其赡养的老年人患病的,鼓励所在单位结合本单位实际情况,给予非独生子女职工7日陪护假期,独生子女职工15日陪护假期。

    It is reported that the revised Regulations of Guizhou on Elderly Care Services (Draft) has been submitted for deliberation. The document proposes that where parents of or the elderly supported by employees of state agencies, enterprises, public institutions, and social organizations become sick, the unit where the employee works is encouraged to grant seven days of paternity leave to those who are not the only child and fifteen days to those who are the only child.

    近日,据报道,Uber与英国最大的工会之一达成了一项里程碑式的协议,标志着这家硅谷公司在世界各地首次承认其网约车司机组成的工会。双方宣布,英国GMB工会将能够代表英国的7万名Uber司机,赋予他们集体谈判的权力。

    It is reported that Uber has struck a landmark deal with one of the largest unions in UK. This is the only time the Silicon Valley firm has recognized a union for its online car-hailing drivers anywhere in the world. Both sides announced that GMB will be able to represent 70,000 Uber drivers in collective bargaining.

    近日,据报道,广东省人社厅等5部门已发出通知,明确自6月1日起,调高广东省高温津贴标准至每人每月300元,如按照规定需按天数折算高温津贴的,每人每天13.8元,每年6月至10月发放。

    As reported recently, the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Guangdong Province and other four departments have jointly issued a notice, which stipulates to increase the high-temperature allowance of Guangdong Province to RMB 300 per capita per month from June 1. If there is a need to convert the allowance by the number of days as per relevant provisions, the standard would be RMB 13.8 per capita per day. The high-temperature allowance will be distributed from June to October every year.

    Recently,the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Tibet Autonomous Region issued the Notice on Issues Concerning the Implementation and Execution of Minimum Wage Standards. It is clarified that the minimum wage standards of the region will be adjusted to RMB 1850 per month and RMB 18 per hour after July 1,2021.
