    近日,据报道,国家卫健委发布《通知》,鼓励各地探索设立独生子女父母护理假等制度,健全计划生育特殊家庭全方位帮扶保障制度,动态调整特别扶助制度扶助标准。将特殊家庭老年人作为重点群体,优先安排入住公办养老机构,提供无偿或低收费托养服务,有条件的可对生活长期不能自理、经济困难的发放护理补贴。

    As reported recently, NHS has released a Notification to encourage the exploration of nursing leave for one child family nationwide, perfect all-round assistance and security system for special families under the birth control policy, and dynamically regulate the standard of assistance under the special assistance system. The elders of special families shall be targeted as a key group and given to the priority to settle in public-run nursing institutions and enjoy free or low-charged nursing service. Where conditionally possible, those with economic difficulties and long-time disability to take care of themselves in daily life can be granted with a nursing subsidy.

    As reported recently, Nanjing municipality has released the Opinions of Reply to Issues on the Use of Annual Leave and Payment of Salary during Home Quarantine and Observation of Employees with the risk alarm of “Yellow Code” on Sukangma App (I), specifying that employers shall pay the corresponding salary by law if arranging employees to work from home in the period of home quarantine and observation due to the “yellow code”, and shall not treat such period as taking annual leave unless they clearly inform employees of such annual leave beforehand.
