对于一家用人单位来说,如果想在以后可能发生的诉讼中处于有利地位,哪些书面证据在日常人事管理中是有必要收集的?

  • What should be noted during the collection of recording and video evidences?
  • 录音录像原则上应事先告知员工,但不予告知而收集的录音录像证据不是一律无效,只要能客观反映事实,不违背公序良俗,亦能作为有效证据。
  • In principle, the employee should be informed prior to the recording and videotaping. However, not all audio clips and video footages obtained without prior notice to the employee are invalid; as long as they can objectively reflect the facts while not violating public order and morals, they can be used as valid evidence.

    Ministry of Public Security: residence register may be settled subject to domicile and occupation in 2020

    公安部副部长黄明近日表示,到2020年,中国将建立一套新型户籍制度,内容包括实行城乡统一的户口登记;户口的迁入条件以合法稳定住所、合法稳定职业为基本条件;以经常居住地登记户口为基本形式。

    Mr. Huang Ming, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Public Security, recently said that China will, in 2020, establish a set of new household registration systems, including a consolidated residence register system in urban and rural area. Residence register will be based on legitimate and stable domicile and occupation in the form of register at habitual residence.

    The threshold of contribution years for endowment insurance will be removed for those imported employees receiving pension in Shenzhen

    《深圳经济特区社会养老保险条例》实施细则将于明年1月1日起实行,其中明确了视同缴费年限,连续工龄将认定为视同缴费年限,并按缴费指数计发待遇。

    The implementation rules of the Regulation on Social Endowment Insurance of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone will be implemented from Jan. 1st, 2014. These rules explicitly specify that successive length of service shall be considered as contribution years, and pension will be computed and issued as per contribution index.

    Shenzhen: the medical expenses of H7N9 suffered by those employees participating in medical insurance will be covered by such insurance

    深圳市社会保险基金管理局透露,该市医保参保人如果感染H7N9禽流感,其产生的药品及诊疗费用将由医保基金全额支付,参保人在外地感染H7N9禽流感,其医疗费用也全部由深圳医保基金支付。

    Shenzhen Administration of Social Security Fund announces, the expenses of drug and medical treatment of H7N9 suffered by those employees participating in social medical insurance in Shenzhen will be fully covered by the medical insurance fund. In case such employees are infected by such disease outside Shenzhen, the said expenses will also be assumed in full by Shenzhen medical insurance fund.

    Shanghai tried reform of state-owned assets: chairman of state-owned enterprise must retire at the age of 63

    《关于进一步深化上海国资促进企业发展的意见》日前公布国企改革20条意见。其中指出,未来将逐步提高国有资本收益上缴比例,目标是到2020年不低于30%;国企董事长年满63岁必须退休。

    Recently, the Opinions on Further Promoting Development of Shanghai's State-Owned Enterprise brought out 20 opinions on the reform of state-owned enterprise. It pointed out that the upper limit and rate of contribution from revenue on state-owned capital will be gradually increased at least to 30% by 2020, and chairman of state-owned enterprise must retire at the age of 63.

    国际人力资源咨询机构ECA近日发布的一份调查报告显示,对于海外派遣员工来说,委内瑞拉的加拉加斯是世界上生活成本最高的城市,亚洲地区东京最高位列第十,中国内地的北上广深分别位列全球第15、18、38和第40位。

    ECA, an international HR consultancy, recently released a survey report, which shows that, for expatriate employees, Caracas of Venezuela is a city with the highest living cost in the world, and Toyko ranks the 10th, which is highest in Asia. In Mainland China, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen rank the 15th, 18th, 38th and 40th respectively in the world.

    人力资源公司猎聘网最近做了年终奖调研。结果显示,高达60.2%的人年终奖可拿到1万-5万元,26.6%的人可拿到5000-1万元的年终奖,另有3.1%的人可拿5万-10万的年终奖。

    Lietou.com, a HR company, recently carried out a survey of year-end bonus. The results showed that 60.2% of the surveyed employees can get a year-end bonus of 10 - 50 thousand yuan, 26.6% can get 5 - 10 thousand yuan, and only 3.1% can get 50 - 100 thousand yuan.

    Mr. Hu Xiaoyi, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said, during the last three years when the Social Security Law was implemented, over 200 thousand foreign employees working in China participated in various social securites.

    招聘网站智联招聘发布《2013白领满意度指数调查》显示,中国白领工作满意指数为1.99(考核标准为5分制),其中,中国白领最不满意的是2013年没有得到期望晋升。

    Zhaopin.com, a HR website, publishes a Survey of White Collar Worker's Satisfaction Index in 2013, which shows that the satisfaction index of the white collar workers in China is 1.99 (with 5 points as the full score). What dissatisfies them the most in 2013 is that they are not promoted as expected.

    上海市人力资源和社会保障局透露,今年1-11月,全市新增就业岗位59.95万个,明年将继续加大创业带动就业相关补贴政策。

    Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau reveals that, from Jan. to Nov. of this year, 599.5 thousand new jobs were created in the city. The subsidy policies on increasing job opportunities by creating new enterprises will be further improved in the next year.
