    国家相关部门近日对职业病的分类和目录进行了调整。修订后的《职业病分类和目录》由原来的115种职业病调整为132种,新增18种。本次《职业病分类和目录》调整倾向生产一线作业人员。

    Shenzhen: floating rate of work-related injury insurance will be adopted in the service sector

    《深圳市工伤保险浮动费率管理办法》于1月1日起施行,服务业、银行业等低风险行业纳入工伤保险浮动费率范畴,工伤保险按本单位职工工资总额的0.5%缴交。

    The Regulation on Floating Rate of Work-Related Injury Insurance in Shenzhen will be implemented as of Jan. 1st. According to this regulation, the floating rate of work-related injury insurance shall apply to low-risk sectors such as service and banking. And the premium of work-related injury insurance shall be 0.5% of employees' total wages.

  • 北京:外埠参保人员退休限制进一步放宽

    Beijing: the restriction on retirement of the employees from other places will be further loosened

    北京市人力社保局近日发布通知明确,明年起,在北京市累计缴纳基本养老保险费满10年,但全部缴费不满15年的外地户籍人员,可申请延长补足不满年限后,再办理退休手续。

    Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently issued a notice, specifying that, from the next year, the employees with non-local residence register whose basic endowment insurance premium has been paid for 10 years but less than 15 years can apply to make up the premium for the remaining years before completing the formalities for retirement.

    Shenzhen has made a plan for adjusting its minimum wages standard in 2014. The standard will grow to 1808 yuan from February of the next year, increasing by 13%. And the minimum hourly wage for part-time workers will become 16.5 yuan, increasing by 13.8%.
