《劳务派遣暂行规定》实施后,“同工同酬”到底是否包含“福利、社会保险”? 如果员工起诉要求相同的工资、福利、社保,司法机关如何处理? 这些都是遗留的疑问。

    Old-age Pension Merge Scheme May Be Introduced within the Year

    媒体报道称,养老金并轨方案已完成,包括前期各大部委如财政部、发改委等亦达成共识,也许还会进一步修改、论证,届时再上报国务院。如无意外,并轨方案年内可以出台。

    Some media reports that the old-pension merge scheme has already been drafted and ministries such as the Ministry of Finance and National Development and Reform Commission have also reached a consensus.     Shanghai Sick Leave Pay: No Salary Deduction within 6-month Sick Leave for Employees with Continuous Service Time of 8 Years

    上海市人力资源和社会保障局日前解释,连续工龄满8年及以上的,按本人工资的100%计发。以上所指的连续工龄,均指劳动者在本单位的工作年限。

    Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently provided that for employees whose continuous service time is 8 years or above, no salary shall be deducted for sick leaves within 6 months. The continuous service time hereof refers to the employee's service time with the same employing unit.

    江苏省对2005年颁布实施的《江苏省实施〈工伤保险条例〉办法》中的部分内容进行了修改,目前正在向社会征求意见。该《征求意见稿》中工伤保险不仅适用于各类企业,还有国家机关、事业单位、各类事务所、基金会等。

    Jiangsu has amended certain contents of the Measures of Jiangsu for the Implementation of Work-related Injury Insurance Regulations, and is soliciting opinions from the public. The exposure draft provides that in addition to various types of enterprises, the work-related injury insurance is also applicable to state organs, public institutions, various firms (CPA firm, law firm, etc.), foundations, etc.

    武汉公积金管理部门日前透露,拟将月收入1900元定为最低收入缴存标准,如果职工月收入低于1900元,以后也不准备用公积金贷款买房,就可以定期提取。

    Wuhan housing provident fund management department has revealed that it intends to set monthly salary of RMB 1900 as the minimum contribution standard for housing provident fund. Where an employee's monthly salary is lower than RMB 1900 and has no intension to purchase a house with the housing provident fund in the future, he can withdraw the already contributed money regularly.

    Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently released the social insurance contribution standards for Shanghai employees in 2014: maximum RMB 15108 and minimum RMB 3022. Such standards will be enacted from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015.
